• Keynotes (45–60 minutes): Engaging, story-driven sessions designed for large groups and events.

Most organizations book 4–8 weeks in advance, especially for in-person sessions.

For larger team engagements or multi-session programs, organizations typically secure dates 2–3 months ahead.

If you’re on a tight timeline, let’s talk — depending on the week, Steve may still be able to accommodate, but booking early is strongly recommended.

Yes — with advance approval recordings can be shared internally with your team. Public sharing of content and intellectual property of 4e is not permitted without prior written consent.

Once we confirm your session type and date, the billing process is straightforward:

1️⃣ Deposit to Secure Your Date A deposit is required to officially reserve your workshop or keynote date. This allows me to block the time in my calendar and begin preparation.

2️⃣ Remaining Balance Due Before Delivery The remaining balance is due prior to the session (virtual or in-person). This ensures billing is complete so we can focus entirely on your team.

3️⃣ Travel Expenses (for in-person events) For in-person workshops or keynotes:

• Travel (flight + hotel) is reimbursable

• These costs are invoiced after the booking is confirmed

• Travel arrangements are only made once the deposit is received

• All receipts will be provided as part of the reimbursement process

4️⃣ Procurement & Vendor Setup If your organization requires vendor registration, insurance documents, or procurement onboarding, I’ll work with your team to complete those steps efficiently.
