Inside you'll get:

  • The 12 PMI reasoning patterns every candidate must master

  • A 5-question hybrid delivery diagnostic to test your readiness

YouTube: Think First — PMP Exam Prep That Trains Your Instincts

If you're preparing for the 2026 PMP exam, the Think First series is built specifically for you.

Each episode walks through a real PMP scenario — showing you not just the correct answer, but the reasoning pattern behind it. The goal isn't memorization. It's building the decision instincts PMI actually tests.

You'll find episodes covering:

  • How PMI actually tests your judgment under pressure

  • Hybrid delivery decisions and when to apply them

  • Stakeholder and leadership scenarios most candidates get wrong

  • PMBOK 8 shifts and what they mean for how you study

This is PMP prep that thinks like the exam.

A Message From Steve
Founder and CEO - 4e Project Solutions Inc

Industries Previously Serviced by Steve at 4e Project Solutions

If you’ve made it this far, first of all — thanks for being here.

4e Project Solutions was born from a simple belief:
project and service delivery work shouldn’t feel like you’re constantly fighting uphill alone.

For over 20 years, I’ve lived in the worlds you’re probably living in now:

  • Project plans that look neat on paper but messy in reality

  • Stakeholders with competing priorities

  • Long days, late nights, tight budgets

  • Teams trying to deliver while everything keeps changing

I’ve been a project manager, a service delivery lead, an implementation specialist, a trainer, and a leader — and I know how heavy the work can feel when you’re trying to do it well.

These free resources are my way of saying:

“You don’t have to figure this all out from scratch.”

They’re also a small sampling of the kinds of tools, conversations, and frameworks I use inside the paid side of 4e — in the Hub, the PMP Accelerator, corporate training, and coaching.

But I also know not everyone is ready for a full program.
Sometimes what you need is:

  • One good template

  • One useful idea

  • One perspective that makes something click

  • One bit of encouragement that reminds you you’re not crazy

So use what’s here. Take what helps. Share it with your team if it makes their lives easier.

If one day you decide you want more structure, a community around you, or deeper guidance — I’ll be here for that too. But even if you’re just quietly grabbing a free template or watching a video on your lunch break:

You’re welcome here.
You’re doing important work.
And you’re not doing it alone anymore.

 Steve
