Why I Coach Project & Service Delivery Professionals

I’ve lived every side of project delivery.
I’ve been the Project Manager holding everything together, the Implementation Specialist in the trenches during go-lives, the Service Delivery lead handling escalations, the trainer teaching teams how to succeed, and the leader responsible for outcomes when the pressure was at its highest.

And after 20+ years in this profession, one truth has never changed:

 

Project professionals are some of the most capable people in any organization — but they’re often the least supported.

You’re expected to lead without authority.
Communicate without all the information.
Deliver without full control.
